When should I use a Ginger-U Gift instead of a Gift Card?

When you want to send the recipient a specific suggestion that you feel will enhance their well-being. This usually requires a close-enough relationship to ensure the recipient appreciates your specific gesture.

How will the recipient receive and redeem the Gift?

Once you have completed your purchase, the Gift will be sent directly to the recipient's email address you have provided, along with your personalized message. The recipient redeems the Gift on our website during the checkout process by entering the unique code provided in the email.

Does the Gift expire?

Yes, the Ginger-U Gift is valid for one year from your date of purchase. We use reminder e-mails to encourage the recipient to take advantage of the Gift during this period.

Can I buy multiple Gifts?

Yes, for a single recipient. For a different recipient, you will need to do so in a separate transaction.
