Personal Package

A personal package includes:

• A free 30-minute Discovery Session to allow your health coach to learn more about you and the goals you hope to achieve

• 6 paid 60-minute sessions online via video

• Sessions are valid for 4 months after booking your Discovery Session

Sessions are by video on our HIPAA-secure website or mobile app. We do not offer in-person health coaching services.

Personal Sessions

We firmly believe that health coaching is not a “quick fix” and that developing and implementing strategies to achieve your health goals occurs over time. Therefore, we limit our single sessions, which are 60 minutes and $120, to those who have completed at least one Personal Package.
