They enable the reflection and awareness needed to define personal goals, develop a plan of action, and navigate the journey ahead. Our coaches give you the knowledge, guidance, skills, tools, and self-confidence to improve your wellbeing.

PERSONAL SESSIONS
Rescheduling a Personal Session
To reschedule your health coaching session, you must notify your coach 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice, you forfeit the session and will not be refunded for a missed appointment.

To cancel your health coaching session, you must notify your coach 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No Show
If you are late for your scheduled session, you will be allowed a 10-minute grace period. However, the grace period will count toward the duration of your session to avoid delays in other appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, and your session will be canceled. As a no-show, you will not be refunded for a missed session.

To cancel the remaining sessions of a Personal Package after services have begun, you must provide the health coach at least 24 hours’ notice before your next session.
If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your next session, you forfeit that session and will only be refunded the balance of the remaining sessions.
No Shows
If you are late for your scheduled session, you will be allowed a 10-minute grace period. GROUP PACKAGES

Not Permitted: Group sessions are offered at fixed dates and times. If you cannot attend a scheduled group session, you forfeit that session and will not be refunded.
Canceling a Group Package before services begin
To cancel a Group Package before your group health coaching services begin, you must provide the group health coach at least 7 days’ notice before the first group session for a full refund.
If you cancel a Group Package 6 or fewer days before the first group health coaching session, you are not entitled to a refund for the Group Package, you forfeit the session and will not be refunded for a missed appointment.
Canceling the remaining sessions of a Group Package after services have begun
Not Permitted: You will not be refunded for the remaining sessions of a Group Package after services have begun
